Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed on the same day of receipt, but no later than twenty four hours if we are busy. We do not charge handling or administrative fees on any order.

Standard Delivery: We use standard delivery via the United States Post Office or UPS. Whenever we offer specials on free shipping, orders will be shipped via standard delivery. We do not charge handling or administrative fees.

Express Shipping: We use UPS, USPS (US Post Service), or Fedex for express delivery. We do not pay for express shipping costs. We will charge you the actual cost for express services, as we do not charge handling or administrative fees.

International Shipping: We use USPS, UPS or Fedex for international shipping. Any free shipping specials do not extend to international shipping. If you require express service, the actual cost will be determined based on your location.

Please email us with your address and list of items for order, and we can help you determine the actual costs and exchange rate.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum order.

Payment Information
We accept all payments through Paypal. Shoppers do not have to register to use Paypal. A variety of options for payments are available through Paypal.

We never see your payment information and cannot collect your payment data such as credit card or any other other account numbers. Paypal sends us only the information limited to your name, shipping address, and items ordered.

Order Security
Paypal offers security that other services cannot, and we want to assure our customers peace of mind, so all of our payments are accepted through Paypal's secure site once you elect to purchase.

We use Paypal because it offers security and because it is convenient. Shoppers do not need to register to use paypal, but can do so if they choose. Shoppers credit card and mailing information is through Paypal and we do not see any card information, only limited to shipping details and items ordered.

Privacy Statement
We never sell mailing list to anyone. We take privacy seriously. We also never share your information with anyone, except on legal cases or if the law demands that we do so, incase of fraud, etc. As stated above, since we use Paypal, we do not see your credit card information and will therefore not be allowed to share that portion of information legally or otherwise.

Volume Discount
We offer volume discount. Please visit our Business Account page if you are considering larger quantities. Please call or email us with your interest and we will be happy to assist you. Send your phone number if you would like us to call you back, and we will be happy to do so. Our customer care staff handle business accounts directly and confidentially.

We want our customers to be satisfied with our services and our products. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with any product or service, please call our customer service department, and have your invoice number available. All sales are final after 14 days of receipt, so please call as soon as possible, so that we may resolve any issue.

Bulk Returns: We do not charge a repack fee on large orders that are being returned; However, you will be responsible for shipping costs, so please be certain before placing large orders. Please contact us to discuss the return of any large shipments, so that we can help you make suitable arrangements.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise inside, please email our customer service department for assistance as soon as possible, and no later than three days after receipt.
